John Henry is nothing short of a superstar when it comes to fitness. He started his health journey in Sydney, Australia, where he studied personal training and took his passion to the next level, by graduating from the Australian Institute of Fitness. He is a Group Instructor, a Personal Trainer, a Masters Trainer, and also a Punch Fit Certificate (look it up).
This warrior is also a Men’s Physique Competitor – yes there is such a thing – proving (once Googled) he is completely dedicated to his fitness journey. To put it another way, he lives and breathes fitness and he loves nothing more than helping others achieve their personal fitness goals. He aims to make people feel part of something bigger and to help them become entrenched in the fitness world which will hopefully allow them to enjoy their life to the fullest.

He advises the following for Beginners, Intermediates and the more Advanced…
- Beginners: 4 rounds, 30 sec ON 15 sec REST (Take a 5 min. Break once you’ve completed 2nd round)
- Intermediates: 6 rounds, 45 sec ON 15 sec REST (Take a 5 min. Break once you’ve completed the 3rd round)
- Advanced: 6 rounds, 60 sec ON 15 sec REST (Take an 8 min. Break once you’ve completed the 3rd round) Well – we think he is Gozo’s answer to Joe Wicks. We’ve got the broomsticks ready…here we go…
Top Tip: If you struggle with press ups, always start with resting your bodyweight on your knees and the palm of your hand, rather than starting on your toes.
