GITH Magazine gets up close and personal with caretaker of souls and resident astro coach, Penny Dix to showcase what she is about and why she does what she does.

If you have been reading and following GITH Magazine for a while, you will no doubt have come across our resident intuitive Astrologer and Life Coach ‘Planetary’ Penny Dix. I stumbled across one of Penny’s enlightening live broadcasts at the beginning of lockdown and felt an immediate affinity with her as her energy beamed at me like a lightening bolt from across the screen. I sat on my bed whilst the world stopped and took in every moment of her gift. Not only was she ridiculously joyful and triumphant, she offered the kindest and wisest of words on a particular level that most would never have imagined possible without spending an utter fortune. She was talking to those that felt scared, vulnerable and lost through the initial pandemic fear drop, some that really didn’t know how to handle their emotions and also may have not had the confidence or cash to reach out and ask for help. In incredibly uncertain times, Penny stepped in and freely and gracefully, shared her extensive knowledge from a career spanning some thirty years to those that needed to listen.

I was the ‘more’. Although I didn’t feel lost or scared, not to say I didn’t relate to those that did – but I found her calming, daily broadcasts illuminating as she counselled us all through such a ferociously emotive time. Her familiarity was reassuring and by day three I felt I was checking in with an old friend.

I felt compelled to reach out and find out more about this fascinating female and to be honest, I could write forever about her scholarship, recognition and now personally as I am proud as punch to call her my friend. But, over a glass of bubbles Penny and Louise Caren Thompson, her dear friend suggested we shoot an interview, so….that’s what we did!
