Returns

Our print partner does not accept returns, and we are unable to offer refunds for reasons of change of mind or buyer error.

Please read the policy below before completing your purchase.

 

1. Print-on-Demand Orders Are Non-Returnable

Each book is printed specifically for you at the time of purchase.

For this reason, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds due to:

• change of mind

• choosing the wrong format

• dissatisfaction with personal preferences (content, style, size, etc.)

• ordering mistakes

All sales of the printed guide book are final.

 

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or with any manufacturing issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Kindly Include:

• your order number

• a brief description of the issue

• clear photos of the damage or printing error

We will review the issue and arrange a free replacement if it meets the criteria for a print defect.

 

3. Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, contact us and we will investigate with the printer. Replacement copies may be issued depending on the outcome.

 

4. Colour, Print and Trim Variations

Minor variations in colour, print alignment or trimming are normal within print-on-demand production. These are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund.
