The Gozo Edit Guide Book (Print Edition) is produced using a print-on-demand service. Each copy is custom printed to order.
For this reason, printed books are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where a product is faulty or damaged.
Returns or refunds will not be issued for:
change of mind
ordering errors
dissatisfaction with content, style, or format
All print sales are final.
If your book arrives damaged or with a printing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Approved cases will receive a replacement at no additional cost.
If an order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, we will investigate with the printer or courier. Replacement copies may be issued where appropriate.
Minor variations in colour, trimming, or alignment are inherent to print-on-demand production and do not constitute defects.
Digital purchases are non-refundable once the download link has been issued.
