Healing From The Inside Out.

Michelle Bartolo shares her thoughts on higher love and asks some pretty important questions, that we can all ask ourselves right now.

This is the year. The year to heal what we’ve created. Can you imagine hovering above the earth looking into our world and really seeing what we’ve done? Our world is a mere reflection of us all and this is a big weight to carry. It’s also imperative we look at ourselves from the inside out. It’s time to see, feel, hear and acknowledge what we haven’t allowed ourselves to.

The real work is on an individual basis, I feel we need to trust one another to do what needs to be done. To unpack the emotional boxes you’ve pushed into the corner of your inner temple in hopes that they will fade away. Unfortunately, they don’t. They continue to take up space, collect dust and occupy energy. We get full inside then we reach to the outside. More, and more and more. Reaching out when all along this ‘neediness’ is a sign to time move IN.

Send love to your shadows

Allow your heart to be seen & heard. Feel what you really need to feel – feel your pain, sorrow, anger, sadness, grief, confusion and fears. Open your heart to it all. Send love to your shadows, let them find their way to the light. Ask yourself these questions;

  1. Can you understand why you feel the way that you feel without blaming anyone else?
  2. Can you get to the root of that emotion and allow yourself to feel the pain of how you really feel?

It’s the route to love. We move through pain to get to joy. The heart needs to feel all its feelings and if we attempt to block a feeling it creates a blockage in our hearts. It stagnates our ability to love, care, nourish & nurture. To get to the light we need to move through the shadows, soften what we resist. We have to go through it instead of around it.

Our feelings are all valid so offer them space and time, without reaching outward. Instead, dive in.

Our feelings are all valid so offer them space and time, without reaching outward. Instead dive in. Eventually, we hit the bottom of our pain and we float back to the top having released an emotional block so we can experience more space, more energy and less suffering.

Imagine that? Space, energy and less suffering.

AHO!

This year’s teachings and learnings are all in the name of love and light. Offering it to the inside so we can spread it on the outside. We visit our shadows and feel all that needs to be felt. Then we dive deep into our love. Loving the chaos, confusion, challenge and/or conflict. Staying open to all it needs to show us and to teach us. To grow us.

Can we sit in the space of love when fear and anger are being projected at us?
Can we allow another behaviour to be a reflection of what they carry inside?
We can conserve our energy and just ‘hold space’ for what they are sharing while sitting in our love shield of protection and light. No need to engage, defence, fight back. Can we sit in love in these instances?
