I came across this reminder a few weeks ago that I’ve been using in my classes and reading on the daily since. Practice is the best way to feel the effect. Let’s get straight into it, shall we?
I invite you to come and sit in a comfortable position & be still. Sense the quality of the energy inside of your body for 5 long deep breaths in and out from the nose. Then as you read this to your body with an open mind & heart – notice what you feel.
I let go – I’ve decided that I’m going to vibrate higher and become a magnet for miracles.

We have this voice inside of us all the time. No matter where we travel to, what country we live in, what space we live and/or work in, this voice is ALWAYS there. This voice creates a vibration and/or frequency in your body that determines the quality of your energy. The mind controls the brain and the body. The mind is an energy field – we need to master the mind to keep everything else in optimal condition and to understand ourselves on a deeper level.
Can you sit and sense that?
I invite you to check in throughout your days and observe what you think, say, and do. Sense the feeling it creates inside of you. What ‘music’ are you tuning into? Is it loving & kind? Is it nonviolent? Does it open or close you?
It’s a big responsibility to take control of this voice & of our minds….I get it. I’d love an easier way out too – yet the practice of reprogramming this inner voice to create a vibration of love, joy & abundance as opposed to an inner voice of fear, lack, shame, guilt, and worry is so WORTH the time, effort & practice. You are WORTHY of the benefits.
The best way to see if it works is to stick to a practice of repeating something that makes you feel beautiful, joyful, abundant, and full of love over a three-week period. If the mind is in good shape. If the mind is a mess it’s suggested to practice this for 63 days straight everday. Repeat it up to 20 times a day. It takes just a couple of minutes and you can use it as a prayer that you have created for yourself. Use the one above or create your own.
Start small. Think BIG.
You may just experience your inner ‘computer’ running those beautiful words all on its own. Our minds and bodies store memories. We can pull up any emotion and any memory we wish! Keeping in mind that whatever you feed is what will grow.
My experience with this was and still is a big learning curve. The natural tendency of my mind was to run wild, sometimes painting pretty horrific stories. I lost many of my family members from a young age, including both of my parents at the age of 6. My mind’s habit was to always jump to the worst possible outcome for years and years stemming from that incident. Then last year my gyne found a dermoid cyst in my ovary. It took this cyst to make me realise what kind of ‘program’ I was running in my mind.
Sometimes we have programs in our minds running that we are not even aware of as they’ve been there for so long and are so familiar that somehow they feel ‘safe’ – yes its all weird and fascinating and miraculously mind boggling!
I did some research into how my mind may have contributed to this embryonic matter forming in my ovary. The book I used is titled The Healing Power Of Illness. I looked up the ovary section and when I read the psychosomatics behind how a dermoid cyst can be created I had to shut the book a moment as it was a hard truth to swallow – that I had not been aware of.
Once I was able to muster up the courage to now take responsibility I researched into some affirmations related to the ovaries. They couldn’t have been more spot on. The affirmations were pretty much the opposite of what my mind’s program had been running for an awfully long time. I wrote these affirmations down and read them every day, 20 times through for 1 month straight.
The effect was incredible on my mind. I noticed my mind was no longer running the horror stories. These affirmations began to override that old familiar pattern with very little effort on my part and still do to this day. Once in a while, I have to repeat the affirmations and remind my mind of the vibration I want to create internally. Long and behold my cyst also shrunk 2 cm (although I was practicing many different things so not 100% which practice was effective and/or if they all were!).
Either way, it all made me feel empowered and in control of my inner world. The body only wants to heal and if it’s not able it will scream until we listen. These affirmations have allowed me to trust more, to open, and feel more love. I find I’m able to attract more into my life of what I want, even faster than ever before.
We are the creators of our inner landscape? Our internal world reflects in our lives. Take it all in with a pinch of curiosity – there are very few absolutes in this world and different things work for different people.
YET I believe every human is a walking miracle, if you’re not convinced pick up any book and learn about this magnificent body & mind you inhabit. Begin to treat yourself like the miracle that you are.
