Front is a rather unique offering when it comes to eating out in Gozo. This vibey, super-cool bar serves bar food with restaurant standards all day and they are always on point with the seasons.
Whether it be Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch, or Dinner, they offer both healthy options and ‘treat-yourself’ classics, and its always good to book ahead as it’s a local favourite. Here’s what will get your taste buds a-tingling this season.

You simply have to try the Gourmet Burgers at Front Bar. Their all-inclusive ethos is everyone should enjoy a burger, whether you’re a veggie, vegan, or meat eater. They also offer gluten-free buns for those avoiding meat so there really is something for everyone.
Breakfast & Brunch At Front
Front is one of the best places to go for breakfast or brunch on Gozo. Try their new breakfast taco, (YES A BREAKFAST TACO!). This genius dish can be eaten on the go so will no doubt give any takeaway a run for their money too. Or pictured below, a brunch favourite – French Toast. Breakfast bliss.

Front at night is a different ballgame. They have seamlessly managed to transform into ‘the place to be’ offering happy hour from 4 pm – 7 pm, a great menu of restaurant-standard dinner options plus live music and DJs til late.
There are plenty of creative options added for vegetarians and vegans – the Vegan Pad Thai is delicious and the Fruit and Maple French Toast (pictured below) – well…the diet can and will quite frankly be postponed.
There are also options to suit a super-hungry meat eater. Whichever camp you fall into, or perhaps somewhere in between, Front has made it really easy to share a table with even the pickiest of dining companions.
And whether you follow a plant-based diet or simply enjoy exploring new flavors, their menu has plenty to offer. At Front Bar, food is a Ritual and they continuously reinvent their menu to surprise us with innovative new dishes seasonally. By embracing culinary trends and experimenting with flavors, their chefs create exciting combinations that are both colourful and incredibly tasty!
