Maldonado Bistro is located in Victoria, Gozo. Serving a variety of Mediterranean and local food. Housed in the basement of a traditional Maltese townhouse situated on the periphery of the historic centre of Victoria, Gozo, the building has lasted over three centuries while serving its original purpose for the rearing of livestock.

Maldonado firmly believe in their role to support and promote local farmers and producers. Therefore their priority is to put local provenance at the centre of their menus. They also believe eating out should be a memorable experience where food, friends and wine come together in harmony.
