Opt for the Sinfonia Estiva (left) or the Pasta Scampi (right) to start. Plated to perfection these two dishes are simply sublime. The light, flavoursome Gazpacho with Burrata and roasted cherry tomatoes…was delightful.
For Main and total veggie heaven, try the Selezione di Funghi – an orchestra of mushrooms to delight the tastebuds. It cleverly encompassed 5 mushroom types and was a super-filling dish. For the carnivores, you will never go wrong when choosing the Piemontese. It was full of succulent flavour and melted in the mouth.

Sample their mouthwatering Bunet alla Piemontese. Piemontese Pudding with Cacao, Pasticceria Berta Ameretti and Di Nero Crema al Caffè. Or the tremendously tasty Souffle Al Pistachio. A symphony of lip-smacking goodness to savour before coffee.
