Not only have the team at one80 just opened their first outlet in Valletta, but they have also undergone some pretty hefty changes in Gozo. They have given the menus at one80 and Ix Xatt (and Mgarr Marina Yacht Club which will open around May/June in time for summer) an elegant overhaul offering up changes perfect for this season’s dining.
