The International Kite & Wind Festival

Internationally renowned flyers gather in Gozo for the International Kite & Wind Festival in Gharb. This popular feast for the eyes returns for the 7th edition in the Autumn of 2024 and celebrates the art of kite-making and reflects the tradition of kites from all corners of the world. Witness incredible displays, acrobatic kite tricks, and routines to music amid the Gozitan skies. On the ground, the family can enjoy kite-making workshops, a children’s area, food and drink vendors, live music, a traditional fair, and more.

There is a shuttle service from the main car park in Victoria to San Dimitri every 30 mins charged at€1.50 return.
